If I cancel web design, do I get money back?

We don't refund partial months, and the subscription isn't pro-rated on the way out. But because nothing is charged until you approve a design, you are never paying for work you haven't signed off on.

There is no minimum term, so cancelling doesn't bring forward future monthly payments. The one thing that can fall due is the optional human-designer add-on: if you're paying it in monthly instalments and cancel before they're all paid, the remaining instalments fall due.
