Do you use my photos or my site to train AI?

We use AI in both services, and how much we train on differs:

• Post-production: when you send images for editing, you licence us — and our affiliates (including PHAiTO) and technology partners — to learn from your material and the corrections made to it. This is what makes an AI editing profile that edits like you possible.

• Web design: we train on design data — layout, structure, typography, spacing, colour, component patterns — not your photographs as images, and not the words you publish through the toolbar. This licence runs to us and our affiliates only, not to outside partners.

We won't use your images in our own marketing without asking first, and you can refuse. Models already trained can't be untrained. Full terms are in the Post-Production and Web Design schedules.
